No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase has been made. This policy is in place due to the unique and natural nature of our products, as well as the customization involved in each order. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations & Lost Orders

If you cancel your order before it is shipped or if your order is lost in transit, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to conditions. However, once the order is shipped, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained.

Unboxing Video Requirement

If you receive a damaged or missing item, an unboxing video is required as proof. The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened. Without a valid unboxing video, Shivoham Blessings will not be responsible for claims of missing or damaged items. This policy ensures transparency and fairness for all customers.

Returns (Limited Eligibility)

We only accept returns in the following cases:

• You received a wrong item.
• The product was damaged upon delivery (unboxing video required).
• For all Selenite items, an unboxing video is mandatory for returns.

Returns must be requested within 2 working days from the date of delivery. Items must be in unused condition, returned in the original packaging, and include all documentation. Returns requested after 2 working days will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for items ordered by mistake or due to a change of mind. Each crystal is cleansed, charged, and sent with the buyer’s energy in mind, making it unsuitable for reuse by others. To maintain the purity of energies, we do not entertain product exchanges.
