Shipping Policy
At Shivoham Blessings, we take utmost care in ensuring a smooth and reliable shipping experience. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
General Shipping Information
We maintain accurate stock counts of our crystals, feng shui products, pooja materials, and spiritual accessories. However, in rare cases of stock discrepancies, we will fulfill the available products and contact you regarding a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Customers must provide a complete and valid address with contact details. Shivoham Blessings is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Orders are processed within 1-2 days. Orders received after 12 PM on Saturdays will be processed on Monday.
Our delivery partners operate on weekdays (Monday to Friday), and orders are not shipped on weekends or national holidays.
Delivery Timelines:
Metros: 4-5 days Other regions: 7-10 days
If your order is not delivered within 10 days, please email us immediately so we can escalate the issue with our shipping team.
Delivery attempts will be made twice. If the package is not received on both attempts, it will be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.
Once an order has been dispatched, Shivoham Blessings is not responsible for courier delays. However, we will make every effort to assist in resolving such issues.
Packaging & Special Requests
We pack all orders in secure, waterproof packaging to ensure safe delivery.
Our crystals and products are shipped in brand-specific hard boxes for added protection.
If you have specific packaging requests (e.g., gifting purposes), please mention them in your order notes. Once the order is shipped, modifications will not be possible.
International Shipping, Customs & Taxes
We ship worldwide, and international orders are dispatched within 3-5 days. Delivery is expected within 7-10 working days post-dispatch. Any custom duties, VAT, clearance fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility. Shivoham Blessings is not liable for these charges.
If your order is lost, undelivered within the estimated time, or canceled before shipping, you may be eligible for a refund (conditions apply).
